A Bit About Us

Alan Piper and Kate Hudson-Hall are experienced therapists with over 30 years of combined experience in mental and emotional health. In July 2010, they founded the Changez Charity, a United Kingdom-based charity organization which provided confidential non-judgmental support for people experiencing and suffering feelings of distress, emotional despair, or trauma.

The Changez Charity had made a significant impact in the field of mental and emotional health. The charity offered a range of complementary alternative therapies (CAM) in addition to traditional therapy, providing a holistic approach to healing. Dr. Sir Vincent Cable MP was a patron of the charity, which was based in Twickenham, London.

In January 2011, Catherine Middleton (now The Princess of Wales) expressed interest in the possible patronage of the Changez Charity, demonstrating the organization’s recognition and impact on mental health support.

Alan Piper and Kate Hudson-Hall’s dedication and hard work have led to the establishment and success of the Changez Charity. Their commitment to supporting those experiencing emotional distress has made a significant difference in the lives of many individuals, providing a safe and non-judgmental environment for healing and growth. They moved away form the charity in 2014 and now work only in private therapy practice.
